ORD - Reserved Calc names

Instead of creating a calculation style for each job type, you can call the calc style type using the naming convention stated below. Always remember to define the grid setting when using the namings. And also, the [ItemDesign], [Height], [Width] and [Command] merge fields are required when using these short name calculation styles.
leave blank or NBV: non breaking vertical
NBH: non breaking horizontal
NBS: breaking scale last
BR: breaking
BRS: breaking scale last
MP: measure placement
MPI: measure placement inline
CHESS: chess position placement
XY: XY position placement
