Sales Terms and Conditions
All software is provided exclusively as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Usage rights are granted per individual computer and sold on a non-transferable, one-year subscription basis.
A 30-day demo period is provided prior to purchase, allowing the customer to evaluate whether the software meets their requirements. By purchasing a subscription, the customer confirms that they have had sufficient opportunity to assess the software’s suitability.
The software is provided “as is” and without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Subscriptions are binding for the agreed term. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no right of withdrawal, refund, or early termination applies once the subscription has commenced.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
These terms shall be governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Additional Costs
On-site support or training is billed separately. Travel, accommodation, and parking expenses will be charged in addition.
