ORD - The <ExtremePrefs> block

The <ExtremePrefs> block contains the path to the used Item Designs and is normally set in the Cacidi Enterprise Admin Tool. As such, the <ExtremePrefs> block is not required. Use this block only when changes on the fly is necessary.
